Property Serv LLC now has financing options available for your projects. Here is how it works; when a home owner hires Property Serv, but does not have enough cash to cover materials, let's say. The home owner can fill out a loan application from PCCU Credit Union, fax it in or drop it by, and can have an answer quickly. The loans can be broken down into manageable monthly payments with great rates and the work can begin. This is a great option to get alot now without breaking the bank. Protecting your investment and your nest egg is important to Property Serv LLC and PCCU Credit Union.
Installing drywall can be a challenge, the bad part is you're only half done when the drywall is hung. Mudding and taping are next. I find it easier and faster, in most cases, to use the self adhesive grid tape on the flat joints and either corner beads or paper tape in the corners. Using the grid tape allows you to get the "glue" step and first coat all in one. If your joints are tight and even, you may only need two coats instead of three. After that all you need to do is sand, prime, and paint. Property Serv LLC can handle these and other remodel projects for you and estimates are Free! Give us a call to set up an appointment today. Have a happy project.
I am ready to start offering granite on the site. I have pics of the split stone pieces and will also offer pavers/floor tiles. The granite will start at $7 per linear foot and if you need it installed I can give you an estimate on that. Take a look at the pictures, this is a really great product, very unique, and all recycled! You an have high end without adding to any landfills and you can have custom at an affordable price. I have samples if you want to see them and will be getting a full sample board soon.
Well in the past week the last window went in the back porch (finally), the kitchen window has been framed in and installed, the kitchen is 99% drywalled, and the living room now has drywall up on one wall of the two we exposed. I have removed the old linoleum and luan from the kitchen floor as well. Mudding and taping will begin probably tomorrow. I'll get new pics up soon.
UPDATE: 1890 Remodel
Just a quick update on the 1890 house, I have managed to get the screen door mounted despite the weather and the front door is also in. I have the kitchen apart and the old plaster removed from one wall so that I can update some electrical and insulate. There will be a new kitchen window installed and new wiring as well. I do have a few more pics to upload and I will get those on soon. There has been alot of work done in the last two weeks, keep checking back for more updates. Don't forget, if you have a project that you need help on, call me or shoot me an email. Also, you can schedule a time from the "contact" page.
